Responsibilities:

  • Management of objects
  • Budgeting, Department of Budget Development and Administration
  • Travel Management: Responsible for departmental resources, processes and procedures
  • Day-to-day management of office operations (in different countries)
  • Management of department resources, processes and procedures, optimization of operating costs and setting up a ready-to-work environment
  • Property management: building maintenance (preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance and reactive maintenance), planning, optimization, planning and furniture placement
  • Real Estate Management: Management of all real estate related topics and projects for all offices
  • Front office management with a great service mindset
  • Improving service efficiency by optimizing processes according to cost
  • Documentation Control: Responsible for department resources, processes and procedures

Qualification:

  • Knowledge of languages: fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • A minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, including two years of management experience
  • Qualified applicants will have extensive knowledge and experience in:
    – Principles of supervision
    – Financial principles and practice
    – Principles and practice of budgeting
    – Procurement procedures
    – Business continuity planning
    – Applicable state laws, rules, regulations and orders
    – Evidence of working in a flexible and changing business environment
    – Office support service management
    – Management of the cleaning service
    – Management of travel and transport services
    – Labor protection programs
    – Fire safety
    – Security programs
    – Support of environmental legislation
    – Principles of maintenance/repair management
    – Participation in a new construction/renovation project
    – Space allocation and change management
    – Coordination of activities with other internal departments and/or external companies
    – Preparation of various reports related to operational activities, including statistical analysis
    – Monitoring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, rules and regulations
