This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy”) sets out the procedure for processing personal data by the Site Administration, the types of personal data that are collected, the purposes of using such personal data, security measures for the protection of personal data, the conditions for access to personal data , as well as contact information for Visitors to access, amend, block or delete their personal data and address any questions that Visitors may have regarding personal data.

The site administration collects only those personal data (your first and last name, login and access password, e-mail address, contact phone number, date of birth, gender, etc.) that you voluntarily provide as a subject of personal data with for the purpose of using the Site’s services.

The site administration collects statistics about visits to the Site: which pages are visited, the number of page views, the information that was downloaded, the domains of Internet providers and the countries of origin of visitors, as well as the addresses of websites that were visited before and after the Site, etc. None of these actions are related to the Visitor’s identity and are performed solely for the purpose of analyzing the effectiveness of the Site.

- date and time of visiting the Site;
- viewed pages;
- if you went to the Site by a link from another site – the address of this site.
The administration of the site has the right to provide information about the personal data of visitors to the Site only at the request of law enforcement agencies, according to a court decision, drawn up in accordance with and on the basis of the current legislation of Ukraine.
The administration of the site is not responsible to the Visitors for the loss of data, unearned profits, or any other damages that occurred or may occur to the Visitor in connection with the use of the Site. Visitors use the site at their own discretion and risk and are solely responsible for the consequences associated with such use.
The Agency or another party related to the maintenance and creation of the Site and the provision of services through the Site is not responsible for accidental, direct or indirect damage caused by the fact that the Visitor had access to and used the Site.
All rights to the content of the Site belong to the Agency or are used with the appropriate consent of the rights holders. This site, as well as its individual materials and elements, are protected by the Law of Ukraine “On Copyright and Related Rights”, as well as other acts of the current legislation of Ukraine.
Visitors to the Site may not distribute, distribute, copy, modify, use, transfer or reuse any information (materials) from the Site without the written permission of the Agency. The copied information must contain an active hyperlink to the Site. Copying information from the Site is possible only for placement on the visitor’s pages in social networks. When working with the site, the Visitor is not granted the right to materials or to use branding elements or logos of the Site and the Agency.
The site administration has the right to change the Privacy Policy without the consent of the Site Visitors.
The updated Privacy Policy enters into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided in the new version of the Privacy Policy.
