Team Leader 

Requirements:

• Mastery of OOP, OOD and design patterns.
• At least 5 years of experience developing commercial applications on the .NET platform.
• Experience and understanding of C#, including the latest versions of ASP.NET MVC.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and JavaScript frameworks (eg jQuery, Backbone.js, Angular.js).
• Software design experience.
• Experience in leading teams and negotiating with customers.
• Experience in project documentation.
• Conversational English.

The advantage will be:

• Knowledge of ASP.NET, WinForms, WPF, Silverlight, WCF, WWF, Prism, Entity Framework, SharePoint.
• Practical experience with MS SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS.
• Using TDD in the build.
• Experience of working with foreign customers.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
• Teamwork experience in the SCRUM methodology.
• Availability of Microsoft certificates.
