Job Description:

Dynamic start-up is seeking a talented Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a passion for innovation and a strong background in data-driven solutions to lead our technology team in revolutionizing regulatory compliance within the financial services industry.

As the CTO, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our technology strategy, driving product development, and ensuring the successful implementation of cutting-edge systems to automate regulatory compliance processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute the overall technology strategy to align with the company’s business goals and regulatory compliance objectives.
2. Lead and inspire a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
3. Drive the development of data-driven solutions and automation tools to streamline regulatory compliance processes for financial services clients.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and operations, to prioritize and deliver technology initiatives that meet client needs.
5. Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in regulatory compliance to inform decision-making and drive innovation within the organization.
6. Manage technology partnerships and vendor relationships to leverage external expertise and resources in support of the company’s goals.
7. Ensure the security and scalability of our technology infrastructure, meeting industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of leading technology teams in designing and implementing data-driven solutions in the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for financial institutions, with a focus on automation and efficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment, with a demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain in the context of regulatory compliance automation.
